TI's Technology Engagement and Support (TES) Bureau supports City departments internally. TES also helps the public with cable-related issues. This bureau comprises three divisions:

DESKTOP SUPPORT DIVISION HANDLES THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS INTERNALLY FOR CITY DEPARTMENTS:

• Technology Help Desk
• Desktop, laptop, and Windows tablet deployment and support
• Mobile device support including iPhones, iPads, and MiFi devices

VIDEO COMMUNICATIONS DIVISION OVERSEES THESE AREAS:

• LBTV - the City's government access cable TV channel
• Cable Franchise Regulation
• City Video Production

ASSET MANAGEMENT DIVISION HANDLES THESE TASKS FOR ALL CITY DEPARTMENTS:

• Office Services including Reprographics and mail and internal messenger services
• Asset management
• Managed print services support
• Computer replacement program
