The Parks, Recreation, and Marine Department will also be installing a mural at the basketball courts.

Further improvements will be implemented upon project funding availability.

The Parks, Recreation, and Marine Department held a community meeting on December 7, 2022 and received survey responses from the community in Spring 2023 to determine the community's priorities for improvements at 14th Street Park. The community's priorities were tables and benches, playground upgrades, more trees, art/murals, and a hydration station.
