Silverado Park Signature Playground

Background

The Silverado Park Signature Playground features new, inclusive play equipment and site furnishings, designed with accessible pathways and ADA-compliant amenities. The playground encourages sensory, physical, and imaginative play, with two distinct areas for preschoolers (ages 2–5) and school-age children (ages 5–12). Inspired by the park’s mural We Are the Seeds by Mer Young, the design will reflect its vibrant colors and theme.

This project is part of the Elevate ’28 Infrastructure Investment Plan, a historic initiative dedicated to enhancing Long Beach parks, community facilities, mobility access, and streets. Learn more at lbelevate28.com.
