Thank you for joining us at the pop-up event and thanks to the community members who took the time to take the design survey. The project team is reviewing the feedback received and preparing plans and documents required for regulatory approvals. Please stay tuned.

  The City of Long Beach wants your input on plans for more beach recreation space! Please join us for an Outreach Pop Up Event on Saturday, July 9, 2022, 11:00 a.m at the Junipero Beach Parking Lot.

  This survey is intended to gather input to better inform the design of the proposed amenities at Junipero Beach.

Project Information

The Junipero Beach Courts Project proposes to expand recreational amenities at Junipero Beach. Expanded recreational amenities may include an additional basketball court, a roller-skating area, and a dedicated pickleball court to support the growing demand for basketball, roller-skating, and pickleball. This project is in the Tidelands zone.
