Digital Inclusion Initiative

What is digital equity and inclusion?

Digital equity is when everyone has the digital literacy training, Internet, and technology devices they need to thrive regardless of their background, neighborhood, or identity. Digital inclusion is the work we do to make this happen.

What are we doing?

The City's Digital Inclusion Initiative uses a collective impact lens to work with local community-based organizations, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and other key stakeholders to build a collective vision and model for digital equity in Long Beach.
