NOTICE May 16, 2023 – DRAFT FY23 ANNUAL PLAN POSTED FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

The Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach (HACLB) FY23 proposed Annual Plan is now available for a 45-day public comment period ending June 30, 2023. The Annual Plan provides a ready source for interested parties to locate basic PHA policies, rules, and requirements concerning the PHA’s operations, programs, and services, including changes to these policies, and informs HUD, families served by the PHA, and members of the public of the PHA’s mission, goals and objectives for serving the needs of low- income, very low- income, and extremely low- income families. Members of the public may provide comments during this period regarding the Annual Plan.
 
The draft Annual Plan is now posted for review.
