The Long Beach Health Department is distributing internal and external condoms and lubricants to the Long Beach Community. The primary goal of this program is to increase the availability and accessibility of condoms and to prevent transmission of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). It is important to note that there are no specific eligibility requirements to request these free internal and external condoms and lubricants. Individuals who are interested can simply complete the Condom Request Form. We are extremely pleased to offer this service for as long as our inventory permits.

However, due to limited supplies, we can only provide a restricted number of condoms to organizations. If you happen to represent an organization and require a larger quantity of condoms, we kindly request that you place your order through LA Condoms

To Order Condoms:

• Fill out the form and select the desired amount and product based on the selection availability.
• Provide your contact information and preferred method of communication.
• Once your order is placed, City staff will contact you for further follow up.
• To limit interaction, orders will be placed in a designated area at the Main Health Building 2525 Grand Ave, Long Beach, CA 90815.
