Great work officers! Yesterday evening, officers safely took two guns off the streets -
- On Jan. 2, 2025 at approximately 4:47 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the 3500 block of Gale Avenue. During the investigation, officers recovered a firearm. The suspect was determined to be a prohibited possessor and was arrested. The investigation is ongoing.
- On Jan. 2, 2025 at approximately 5:05 p.m., officers were dispatched to a suspicious person call in the 1100 block of Loma Avenue. When officers contacted the suspect, they discovered a firearm on his person. The suspect was determined to be a prohibited possessor and was arrested. The investigation is ongoing.
