Hearing Procedures
The Zoning Administrator conducts hearings via teleconference. Project planners present each item, public comments are considered, and a decision may be made following the hearing.
Appeals and Judicial Review
If you wish to challenge a decision in court, you may be limited to issues raised during the public hearing or in written comments submitted before the hearing. Court challenges are subject to applicable legal deadlines, including those established by the California Code of Civil Procedure.
