Submit Comments
Written comments may be submitted before the hearing to:

You are not required to take any action. Public testimony, whether written or oral, provides an opportunity to share your comments on the proposed project. To preserve your right to appeal a decision, you must submit testimony before the hearing.

Hearing Procedures
The Zoning Administrator conducts hearings via teleconference. Project planners present each item, public comments are considered, and a decision may be made following the hearing.

Appeals and Judicial Review
If you wish to challenge a decision in court, you may be limited to issues raised during the public hearing or in written comments submitted before the hearing. Court challenges are subject to applicable legal deadlines, including those established by the California Code of Civil Procedure.
