The City is now accepting applications for the 2024 Mills Act Property Tax Abatement Program (Mills Act).
Historic district property owners, owners of individual properties outside of the districts that have been designated as historic landmarks, and those who believe their property could be historic and are willing to landmark the property, are invited to attend two upcoming workshops to learn about Mills Act eligibility and potential tax savings.
Pre-Application Workshop (In Person)

Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024, 10 a.m. to noon
Register online to receive meeting details.
All potential applicants or their representatives are required to attend both workshops to be eligible to apply for the program. Spanish, Khmer and Tagalog interpretation will be available upon request using the RSVP link.
